Both series have a "villain" whose existence is difficult to prove and thus, gets away with numerous crimes. The protagonists of the two series are similar too in the way that they are considered to be pure, golden-hearted persons. The question of whether or not they'll be tainted by hatred by the unfolding events makes both series more interesting. If you want a more realistic and mature version of Psycho Pass 2, try Monster.

I can say that Psycho pass season 2 was more gory and twisted than their first season. Babylon is more investigative, but shows less blood and explosions.

Both have to do with terrorism somehow. They also both have to do with detective work and questioning if what some characters are doing is right.

Both protagonists in each show are searching for the main antagonists who are causing great chaos in society, hoping to change it. Both antagonists have tragic pasts that cause them to take the actions they are taking now. Both of them are also camouflaged in the midst of the population and is hard to detect unless they come forward themselves. Of course, if you haven't watched the first season of Psycho Pass, I suggest you go watch that first (that is a given haha XD)
