Story/art
There are two main male characters portrayed in this anime. First one doesn't connect fully with main female character. Thus the idea of starting the show in a passer-by fashion rather than a narration makes sense. Even though at first glance the art seems a tad copy and pasted to start.

Plot, through a somewhat non-direct comedy level depicts bizarre parings in a truthful comical fashion. A normal paring for example would be a student with student.

Conclusion was not what i wanted but at the same time fitting. If you are looking for ecchi this is more of a tease if anything. If ... you are for a comedy approach you won't be disappointed. The typed words at the end not only referenced title(which was appropriate) but you get the sense even the writer questions the reasoning for the ending. Which by itself is amusing.

Censorship here is strange like the anime's name. Sometimes it is blatant with a sticker but in other times it will go with the heavy darkened approached but allow non sexual organs like a strap-on to be somewhat visible.

P.s.
Cover-shot image is a marketing sell. Yes, its from the movie but not how one might think it fits in. Although, while paring is somewhat untrue the story's underlining message of strange love is best portrayed with an image like that. Even though it is lying to the viewers it tells the truth.

It's umm i was TOTALLY confused even at the end of this anime .
It only consists of 2 episodes but it was SO CONFUSING.
I clicked onto it by a TOTAL accident the English dub voice is So Funny !
BUT the plot 💀 made me laugh till i had tears in my eyes !
I've got mixed feeling about this but it's a good anime to watch if bored at least i think?
It was SO unpredictable , the character design is pretty average , but in the end i had SO MANY questions about this !!!
I would've loved if this was continued !
It doesn't have ... much to talk about considering there's only 2 episodes but it's more than half an hour the ending got me but the first episode I was HELLA confused.

This is a two-part OVA about Yoshida Chizuru, a sociopathic, detestable college girl.

For some inexplicable reason, the first part of the story is from the perspective of one of her professors. He becomes obsessed with her, and has a new creepy fantasy about every 60 seconds. You could time them, if you were so inclined. This first half has no redeeming qualities, unless it's as some sort of male humiliation-fantasy niche market. The professor character goes no where. Why was he even there?

The second part is from Yoshida's perspective. It didn't make me like her, there was just more of her being horrible to ... people.

The artwork was a good match for the awful story. The characters are all drawn with large, malformed ears that make me think of butterfly cocoons that jutted from the sides of their heads. In each shot, one ear or the other would be jutting out, drawing the eye. It took me about a quarter of the show before I grew used to them. It wasn't just that the characters are drawn with a unique style, but that the character drawings look clumsy and inept. Maybe looking malformed is part of the artist's purpose?

Voice acting: awful

Nudity: some shots of pendulous breast, swaying back and forth.

If you can make it through this, give yourself a scratch and sniff banana sticker. You've earned it.
