Interest StacksThere used to be a trend back in the day to retell anime tv series into movies. These movies were complete remakes like "Macross: Do You Remember Love?" which essentially rearranged the core pieces of their shows to make a more condensed 2 hour experience. I've always thought these films were interesting because we get 2 versions of the same story, so I thought I'd make a list of them. Anime in the "Leijiverse", mostly adapted from Leiji Matsumoto's mangas. Ranked from newest to oldest In the dawn of the digital age, many creators have expressed their hopes and fears about technology and its influence on human society through science fiction anime, creating many interesting interepretations of what our future could be (or even what our present is) with regards to the ever accelerating integration of technology into our lives.
