Non Non Biyori: Okinawa e Ikukoto ni Natta

Non Non Biyori is a Slice-of-Life anime series based on the manga of the same name by Atto. The anime first aired in 2013 and has three seasons, each consisting of 12 episodes.

The story centers around four elementary school students who live in a remote village in rural Japan. They are Hotaru Ichijou, a new student who moved from the big city; Renge Miyauchi, a cute and cheerful first-grader; Natsumi Koshigaya, a tomboy who loves to play around; and Natsumi's sweet and shy younger sister, Komari Koshigaya.

In this anime, we get to see the daily lives of these four students in rural Japan, including their activities at school, outdoor activities such as playing in the water and harvesting vegetables, as well as their activities at home such as cooking and spending time with their families.

Non Non Biyori highlights the calm, peaceful, and beautiful atmosphere of rural Japan. We can also see the friendships and togetherness among these four students, as well as the uniqueness and beauty of Japanese culture in the countryside.
