Interest StacksMuch like how the west loves eastern media, the east also loves their share of western media. Series that highlight the slice of life aspect of a family and explore the relationships within the family Cottegecore stories harken back to simpler times and a simpler way of living. Many stories center on the idea of a simple life of self-sufficiency in harmony with nature, or characters having adventures in a pretty cottegecore environment. Cottegecore is often influenced by the romanticization of the European countryside in historical times, but may also take place in the woods, mountains, or other rustic locations in any time period. Aesthetics often include rural landscapes, cottages, and other dwellings surrounded by flowers and nature, boys in overalls and girls in old-fashioned dresses, lush forests, and low-tech items and furniture from olden times. Looking for a calming and atmospheric series or movie? Anime that aired in Britain on TV. Does not include streaming, home release, etc. Some air dates are included. List of series with a rural setting. Anime series and movies aired in Polish TV and cinemas. Some older titles were based on Saban versions Those are animes which I saw somehow when I was kid, I mean I could only catch a glimpse of it and not necessarily watch some episodes, but I just remember they where aired when I was like from 5 up to 13 years old. Till today, nostalgia somehow hits me when I think about it. some lesser known shows, movies, etc. some have been very surprising gems to me. some mind-blowing, some heart-warming, some merely interesting, some just outright hilarious! Based on comments from the community, I present a list of animes which have a peculiar appearance which caused most to confuse them with western cartoons. Suggestions welcome. I tried to make this list using mostly lesser-known fanservice-free anime. Most of these make the list based on having MAL ratings lower than PG-13 or having clean ratings for no sexual content or nudity on doesthedogdie.com. Some of the selections in the list do have fanservice in the original Japanese version that was omitted for the Western release. |
