Bayonetta: Bloody Fate

Just like the games they are based off of, both feature a super strong hybrid of two races, hunting monsters(angels and devils) with guns, and swords in fast-paced stylish action.  

These two anime are adaptations of video games by the same creator that incorporate a number of similar ideas and mechanics. If you've played either or both of the games then you'll probably find the animated versions to be enjoyable, but they are definitely less accessible for non-fans. Devil May Cry successfully integrated new plot elements and ideas well, though it does leave the backstories of the central characters largely unexplained. Bayonetta is a largely faithful adaptation of the original source material, but time constraints mean that a considerable number of prominent in-game events (including several boss fights, most notably the final battle, as well as some of payoff for the character arcs) are rushed or reduced to simple homages to the source's content. The already convoluted story becomes even harder to follow. Fans of the games are likely to enjoy them, but these adaptations are not really suitable for those who are not well-versed in the source material. Devil May Cry is certainly more accessible than Bayonetta is, largely as a result of its standalone plot that isn't overly dependent upon pre-existing story arcs. Both are based off a video games about a cool overpower character that kick ass and takes names.  

Both are focused on fighting against supernatural beings,heavily action oriented and share a whimsical sense of humor. 

They are both based on hack and slash video games with a similar tone, story and sense of humour. 

Hellsing and Bayonetta is quite similar when it comes to: - One main very, very OP awesome (sexy) character (Both have the most awesome english dub actor ever!) - Our Main character Aluard and Bayonetta aren´t exactly the good guys, more like profane heroes. - A simple but yet quite entertaining plot. - MANY awesome wow OP battles. - The drawing style is quite similar in many ways only hellsing being more gory and bloody. I consider Bayonetta being Alucards sister´s in another dimension :P
