New Interest Stack
Interest Stacks  This stack is a collection of anime with gods, goddesses, and/or deities. They can be based on existing beings from different legends and mythologies, or ones that only exist in the anime.   Kansai-ben, Touhoku-ben, Hokkaido-ben, ... Japan is rich with their dialects, accents and expressions. I find certain charms to these and will try to maintain this stack adding animes involving some of these dialects.   In Japan, foxes say "konkon" and play an important role in folklore. Supernatural foxes may live with humans.   A list of magical girl shows released between 2007 and 2014. This stack excludes original anime as they have no demographic as well as anime where the female is just a Deuteragonist (Unless in instances where she has equal or even more importance than the male protagonist).   Anime in the genre of horror or paranormal that are set in the Japanese province and rural region. Such shows often have a characteristic "Shinto" paranormal atmosphere and a rich collection of Japanese horror tropes, so I thought this stack would be quite interesting for people who like authentic Japanese horror or paranormal anime. From youkai to yousei and from present to the past. The japanese folklore is rich of weird and wonderful beings.  List contains "surreal" paranormal / supernatural & spirits / magic arts anime. Surreal is to say that the anime are not so presentable as realistic. Their world building is just too far removed from regular "reality". They really push the limits and can't be considered realistic for the most part. So they can't go into my realistic paranormal or realistic magic & healing lists. The arts depicted mostly seem unlikely to be able to be embodied outwardly in "our" reality.   people need to give these a try or even know these exist  This stack is intended for non-shoujo or josei shows that have a female protagonist while avoiding the traditional objectification, sexualization, or other possible issues in portraying female characters in male or gender-neutral shows. It may still be somewhat problematic or not fit the ideal female representation, but at least it's not related to ecchi or waifu bait things.
