Wellber no Monogatari: Sisters of Wellber

Both of these shows follow a similar narrative structure where a sheltered princess runs away, with the help of a colorful cast of guardians, from her kingdom that has turned on her. Additionally, on her journey, she discovers the pains of war spread throughout her country that she was previously not privy to. Akatsuki no Yona has a traditional Korean setting, whereas Wellber no Monogatari has a vaguely 19th century European influence with very light fantasy and steampunk elements. If you want a self-contained story, Wellber would be worth the watch; on the other hand, if you're in the mood for a longer story and don't mind reading manga, Yona might be up your alley. read more 

Both Princesses are on the run and are protected and travelling with their small group of friends. Scrapped Princess has a bit more romance and has these gundam like creatures as to sisters of wellber don't, but I was pretty hooked since the first episode of Sisters and I LOVED scrapped princess. so if you liked Sisters then Scrapped Princess is DEFINITELY for you. 

2 girls fighting together, one of them being princess is the same for both Anime, people who support them and those who are chasing them... And the princess not being totally useless is another similarity.  

Different setting, look and feel but still two female characters on the run, one very world wise and handy in a fight and the other learning quickly about the world. 

Having a troubled princess with a tomboylish woman to save her - is what made the anime similar to each other.
