Both are cute animes about humans and their owners.

Wan Wan Serepu Soreyuke! Tetsunoshin is a silly, but cute anime about dogs, with random dog magic and such. Whereas Chokotan! has a sweet romance theme to it.

Massugu ni Ikou and Chokotan! are both incredible cute stories with humans and dogs. Both stories are very short and have a romance theme.
