Haou Taikei Ryuu Knight

The characters are both designed by Takehiko Itou. They are both mecha anime. They are both adventurous adventurous comedies. 

Small mecha fighters and their pilots fighting against evil overlords, both of them have a more chibi look compared to macross and gundam, and both are very rare to get on dvd!  

very similar feel, both adventure series with a main group making a journey through the world. eden's bowy more serious than the two. 

the world and atmosphere are similar, ryu knight being a bit more cheerful and lemnear a bit more serious and sexual. 

They are both adventure shows with swords/magic. Both have a level mix of comedy and drama, making them flow nicely and be easy to watch. If you like having fun while watching anime then both of these are great watches.
