New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAnime where the story takes place mostly in rural areas or far from urban cities. (In construction) These are collection of series showcasing characters attempting to grow industrial cash crops for the majority or for large arc of the series. So much crop planting an Ohioan corn farmer would blush. The best of the best in the comedy department. If there was a time machine to go back in time, I would do it for each of the anime listed here, ordered from the best to the least (again). This stack is a collection of anime that are either set during summer or convey summer vibes (for example are set in a place next to the ocean). It's the Pre-2020 Anime what ever that's mean Cottegecore stories harken back to simpler times and a simpler way of living. Many stories center on the idea of a simple life of self-sufficiency in harmony with nature, or characters having adventures in a pretty cottegecore environment. Cottegecore is often influenced by the romanticization of the European countryside in historical times, but may also take place in the woods, mountains, or other rustic locations in any time period. Aesthetics often include rural landscapes, cottages, and other dwellings surrounded by flowers and nature, boys in overalls and girls in old-fashioned dresses, lush forests, and low-tech items and furniture from olden times. A selection of shows that have a child (or child-like being) as part of the main cast. Wholesome isn't a gerne it's a feeling that one gets by watching a certain anime and I see you cherish that feeling. I have arranged some of the best wholesome or slice of life anime that I've seen to calm your stress. (supposedly child-friendly and pure) may the funny scenes from these animes live in your brain rent-free! Anime with smol/cute main or side characters which you KNOW you feel the urge to protecc! There is one entry per series. Sick of all the plot-heavy, action-focused, mind-boggling bullshit you've recently watched? Perhaps you've finally got a break after a long week of work and exhaustion? I got ya fam, here are a few shows that aren't super psychological or plot-oriented stuff, and are best enjoyed when your brain is weary and wants to digest something light and comforting. |
