Synopsis

Wendy and her two little brothers are brought to the land of adventures, Neverland, by Peter pan, a boy who will never grow up. In Neverland they encounter exciting events and meet with little fairies, mermaids, Indians, and pirates. Required to act as a mother, Wendy never has a moments peace with all that is happening around her, including breath-taking fights with pirates. Later in the series, they set off to find a buried treasure with a map that they obtain from the pirates.

One of the BEST Peter Pan adaptations ever.

From the charming backgrounds of Neverland and London city, to the uniquely designed characters, to the beautiful soundtrack, and to the dark twists and unexpected new events in the middle of the journey.

Nippon Animation Studio succeeds in taking us to a magical world that similar to the world of Ghibli films, with deeply written characters… In this version Wendy goes much more than the usual stereotype of the simple girl, and Peter Pan appears here more emotional than the Disney version.

It's a wonderful series for all ages that is no less creative than the rest of Nippon Animation's ...
