Devilman Lady

Both have this sort of angels vs demons storyline and a yuri factor. Psychological battle between what's right and what's wrong for the MC.  

Both have a strong female lead. They both transform and fight monsters (Witchblade's are human-made weapons, Devilman are "demons"). They both have a younger girl that they want to protect, that they "consider" their family (though it devilman I think they are in a relationship, I mean yuri)... they both hide the fact that they're fighting to them. Masane has a strong personality, she's a mother alright and doesn't let anyone get in her way... but Jun isn't so strong since she lets everyone boss her arround. They both hate fighting but while they're at it, they enjoy it and go bersek, but they are in danger of being eaten by their power (Masane: literally eaten, desintegrate // Jun: her mind, lost control of herself) Well, I would keep going but I want to make it short: If you liked one, you would like the other, since they have similar atmosphere. I liked Witchblade a lot more, though, I think it's much better than Devilman Lady, but you have to consider that one was made in 1999 and the other in 2006, so of course Witchblade would have better animation, making it more likeable.
