Critics & Connoisseurs was a club that was founded in 2008 and ended club activities on the 31st of 2022. My collection for romantic-comedy drama animes. This kind of formula is one of the major things in terms of romance. A pinched of humor and romance, but mostly it have the most dramatic element. Some of these animes are truly tearjerking and kinda frustrating to watch XD But these are my recommendations that you might give an interest. These are the animes that targets the young girls of all generations, well recommended ones for fans of shoujo and josei magazine. These animes made me feel a young girl's vibes, even I'm not the target audience. It's because I'm a boy XD Complete variations of genres that shoujo/josei fans might truly enjoy. Slice of Life can be divide into two kinds, the fun one and the deep one. And this is my collection for truly slice of life drama animes. It represents the epitome of human nature and feelings. These animes might be inspirational ones that might hit you like a bullet to the heart. Let's face it, we all have that one friend who has a prejudice against anime. A list of Romance/School focused animes. There are also some comedy animes, besides some drama but not a heavy one. Flaws... don't go away easily for a lot of people. Whether you're trying to embrace fear, loss, or even trying to fit in when you're different in society really. The cure for so many things is connection and we may think "no one wants to connect with me" but all we need is just to find the right people who appreciate us. Someone who hears our voices, someone who appreciates our existence and accepts us for who we are A list of anime that deals with mental illness or other neurodivergence. It may be a main part of the show or just something a main character deals with that contributes to the plot in some way. This is going to be an incomplete stack as I have only seen around 400 shows and there are probably so many that I have missed. If you comment on my profile one that belongs and why, I would love to add it. Shows/Movies of all kinds that are either meant for or can be enjoyed by an older audience. A treasure trove of excellence covering a wide range. Story-driven thrillers, well researched historical shows, brilliant world-constructions, poetic narrations, gripping thrillers, dark comedies, complex future visions, tightly packed action, avant-garde art, solid entertainment, tear-jerking dramas to light-hearted slices of lives. Associated words: Light (Visually and/or Thematically), Character-centric, Dialogue-heavy, Personal, Artsy, Trippy, Existential, AND/OR Satiric This title captures the essence of the list, emphasizing the exploration of human emotions, relationships, and personal growth that these anime series offer. It highlights the profound impact these shows can have on viewers by tugging at their heartstrings and taking them on emotional journeys through captivating narratives. This is a counterpart to the my magical realism coming-of-age stack. Here, I'll be listing my favorite traditional coming-of-age stories, shows about growing up that take place in a down-to-earth representation of the real world without any fantasy elements. Like with the previous list, I'll be using the first season of the show to represent the entire series. Continuation of my previous list of anime series not so well known for their titles, some not necessarily underestimated, but easy to go unnoticed in the community. This is stack of predominantly non-comedic, Slice of Life anime. These anime are not entirely devoid of comedic elements, but comedy features rather sparsely and isn't a key plot-device. Some of the anime featured here uses the opportunity to deal with and provides an insight into complex subject matters, ranging from Depression to Gender-identity, in a realistic and humane way. -Includes all types of genre but mostly (slice of life, comedy, romance) |
