A series of connecting outlandish characters and events, filled with chaotic supernatural happenings and warm feelings of friends and family.

Both shows are presented in a strange, nonsensical manner, with a vague "plot" (that may not make much sense on the surface) and lots of crazy action. Both worlds are quite interesting, though not looked upon as much as the scenarios given to the audience. They both have really good budget towards action scenes in various situations, whilst being creative and experimental with the animation and being supported in unique atmospheres in the world the show is presented in (though both have different atmospheres, e.g colour palettes, music). Supernatural happenings and the importance of connections with people abound.

Colourful and at times nonsensical anime about the relationship between demons and the human world, chock full of references to Japanese mythology and starring a mysterious protagonist who is not what they appear. The animation is very high quality, especially in action scenes, and there's always something to look at due to the rich art styles. While Mononoke is a historical series with a set of goals for each arc, and Kyousogiga is set in the modern era and depicts random events, the elements of mystery and madness tie them together and make them, if nothing else, a joy to experience.

A group of young protagonists get caught up in an extended chase sequence, with demonic foes and an overarching mystery behind it all.

Quirky supernatural humour with some action thrown in. It's hard not to draw parallels between Yuuko and Lady Koto.
