The premise in both shows feels simillar, though their story developments are much different. Both shows have their well defined teams of characters, fighting to uphold order in a large megapolis of a city. The major difference is that in Mobius, the people are in war with the demons, while in Kekkai they're trying to coexist.

Tokyo of the future, destroyed by disaster in the past, is going through the darkest time. The police is helpless against monsters, flooded the city. The only power, that is able to resist the evil, is special female squad, including various kind of extraordinary characters. The only diffrence is that Silent Mobius is more mystic than Bubblegum Crisis.

Similarities of: Character Team Play- The play that recquires that the Silent Mobius had an agency called A.M.P. and the mission is to eliminate the Lucifer Hawk Categories. While the Rental Magica title itself it's called to 'rent magic user' and had an agency called Astral, and the mission is to accomplish the client's request even it's a friend or foe.

Although Gilgamesh does not deal with magic, there are some analogies to Silent Möbius: Horrible monsters threatening mankind, super-powers, some strange catastrophe in the past that all started with, child(s) of the one(s) that nearly destroyed the world now involved... But Gilgamesh is much more modern - and: it has a depressing end !

Gen'ei wo Kakeru Taiyou is nearly a clone of Silent Mobius, with more up to date art. The last few episodes particularly had exactly the same plot points, so if you enjoyed one of them you're fairly sure to enjoy the other. Or rage, depending on which one you watch first.
