The Young Animator Training Project (若手アニメーター育成プロジェクト, Wakate Animator Ikusei Project) is an annual project launched in 2010, and funded by the Japanese government's Agency for Cultural Affairs in order to support training animators. The project culminates in a series of anime shorts produced by various animation studios each year. The "Scotland Loves Anime" film festival takes place every October in Glasgow and Edinburgh. It was started in 2010 and includes the "Golden Partridge" jury award and audience-voted awards. This list includes very unique and artsy anime that are around one episode in length, so anything between 20 to 50 minutes. So movies and really short stuff are excluded. Also compilations of multiple unrelated anime (ex: Genius Party) would also be here is each episode is in that timeframe. Don't have time? These are the anime for you! Anime with less than 6 episodes. Their stories are complete (you won't feel like it ended with a cliffhanger) and really enjoyable. For people who love anime but don't have too much time to watch them. And 261-339. Neat. Going at this pace, only 2 more. Heh, if we're only talking about my completed list. |
