New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAnime series not so well known for their titles, some not necessarily underestimated, but easy to go unnoticed in the community. Check out part 1: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/5953 Collection of series that feature, provide commentary and explore themes heavily related to Cultural, Political, Religious, Sociological or Economic fields and the impact that those fields and processes that they contain have to the general population. All these anime either: There seem to be a lot of ways to watch anime but sometimes there are certain outliers that don't make their way to any legal streaming service OUTSIDE OF JAPAN (these criteria are mainly made using LiveChart.me as they list official streaming services to view anime and The Streamable), this stack aims to shine a light on these series, however, some rules are to be followed: Anime... something I'm certain we all enjoy. However, if, like myself, you enjoy mature/darker/slower narratives featuring: relatable and morally-grey characters, little to no sexualization of said characters, and the lack of 'power of friendship', you'll find that you're jaded and your finger nails bleeding from digging through incomprehensible amounts of mire. Excellent shows and movies that, despite being well-rated, got pushed far below the surface and are no longer easily visible to those who don't dive deeper into the medium. anime that westerners will love but will never watch cause theyre all idiots and dont actually care about wanting to watch good shit, only the new shiny thing and drama Grumpy Jii-san was an anime reviewer and hiking enthusiast. Many of us were fond of him. This is the first part of a list of the anime he reviewed in video order from oldest to newest. They are presented without his score as mild encouragement for you to watch his reviews. |
