Both share very similar aspects. The mecha used in IV are fairly similar to the Knightmares of CG in their size and the way they move. It shares a similar theme of rebels rising up against a government, and there are many other obvious similarities along the way. IV is of course, much shorter than CG, but if you liked either anime then you might like the other

Both have psychological and dark undertones, mechs powered by humans and technology progressing by human experimentations. Honestly, identical shows.

The setting in both includes wealthy cities surrounded by poor areas, in the future. Both have 2 male leads who are friends, and are in trouble with the authorities from the cities, so they are hiding out in the ghetto. Innocent Venus is a bit more action-filled. Both have nice animation and are quite short.

In both shows, there's an assassination group called Phantom. The main characters also undergo major changes throughout the entire show. Also a lot of plot twists.

Hei and Jo are pretty much identical. Other than that, I suppose there's a good deal of shady business regarding the exploitation of special powers.

The similarities are the relationships between the young girl and the older male(s): the guys have to protect the girl, because she is important, and while they spend time together a bond grows. Because of the age gap the men brush off the girl's love for admiration but the young girls both insist they love them. All other aspects of the shows are unrelated.

In both series, there's science fiction theme that takes place in a world that has technology beyond our standards. Then, there's the main male protagonist who accompanies a girl in such a world. The antagonists in both series have their own ambitions and seeks nothing more to achieve it. There's also the themes of space pirates that deals with the underground societies. The soundtrack in both series are also noticeable and while not standing out too much reflects its atmosphere and science fiction backgrounds.

The mechs in these shows initially seem little more than a means to an end, but it slowly becomes apparent that they are far more sinister than they seem and integral to the plot.

The feeling that both of these series are quite similar. In fact, they both have a setting in an apocalyptic future. The main protagonist in both series are also similar in that they are strong, independent, and proud of who they are. The series focuses on a group of characters that also involves action, drama, and some comedy. However, later on, secrets are revealed and the story gets deeper. Both series also introduces science fiction themes.

Speed Grapher is a pretty dark anime, there's a lot of hate and misuses of power. Innocent Venus isn't quite as dark but still has it's fair share of issues. They both have the typical young mystical girl, bad organization after them, and a few lovable characters along the way. Both stories are pretty interesting and if you like one give the other a chance.

Both are great anime filled with twists and surprises, and backed by an appealing storyline. The characters are all intense and accompany a fluctuating, fast-paced plot.

Both anime contain mecha which have bad side effects on the pilot such as making their life shorter and their mental health unstable. There are also characters which have similar kind of mysterious aura and some part of the story are also similar.

In both the earth in chaos, and humans try to survive in the middle of wars. They´re both set in a near future and are about science experiments with humans that went wrong causing confusion and destruction.

They share a similar setting - dystopian future, uprising against the dictatorial regime, people outside the secure/rich zone trying to get in - as well as some plot points. Shangri-La is somewhat better.

Hmmmm , I note in form since the beginning The existence of an organization on behalf of Claymore and the other the name of Phantom The work of the Organization provides that the interest, I had to turn things upside down and be a reason for the end of you

Avenger and Innocent Venus are, strangely, almost identical when it comes to story. Nei, from Avenger, and Sana, from Innocent Venus are wanted by the government because of something that's going on with the world and they are essentially the "chosen ones". The catch is, both Nei and Sana are young girls, and the reason they're wanted is because the government wants to run tests on them. The main difference with story is that Nei is traveling with a female and a male, while Sana is traveling with three males. Nei and Sana aren't the only characters with similarities. Ashley, from Avenger, and Jo, from Innocent  read more

Hmm.... where can I start with this one? Maybe the fact that when I saw a magazine ad for Innocent Venus, Sana reminded me of Eureka. So I went to look up the series, and found out they have the same voice actress! Now besides that, I'd say the design of Sana is somewhat similar to Anemone as far as physical appearance, and Jo is almost an exact copy of Dominique's appearance! Both shows are about a girl that everyone's trying to use for her powers, mechas, and changing/saving the world. Oh yeah, and don't forget the rebel group of pirates. I guess you could  read more

Although they have totally different plots, in both animes, the main girl is being protected by two guys. Both girls have very strong powers.
