Gradually shuffling out harem & OPMCs in favour of variety/lesser known shows (There's another stack right there --> if you want that generic stuff)

shows I like to watch somtimes, even though I know they are pretty bad... It's like junk food to me you know... your body needs garbage sometimes...

Approachable shows that require no prior knowledge of anime to appreciate. Determined by lack of tropes, lack of fanservice, resemblance to western media, and short length

If you were a child in Australia in the late-2000s to early 2010s, then you might remember ABC3, and all the anime they used to show. These shows got me to start watching anime, and will bring a sense of nostalgia to anybody who used to frequent ABC3.

I'm not including ABC ME stuff because ABC ME will never replace ABC3 in my heart.

I'm probably missing some shows, but this is what I could find and remember.

Not all animes are full of love or make you happy. But there are animes will make you feel excite, thrilled, and feel the adrenaline rush. Who wouldn't like action stories? Action shows can be always exciting, especially when it comes to anime. These are my recommendations and collection for action animes.

Anime series with the most OP Protagonists!
Most of these are Isekais or VRMMOs where the protagonist enters a new world and gains incredible powers, but the list also includes protagonists who were born powerful or became powerful in their own world.

Hold on, I know. Some people will never get the wonderful taste of anime and this is perfectly fine. Yeah well, everyone has their own personal preference, but you should have tried it at least once.

If you're tired of the clichéd "Meet > Fall in love > Get together" plot, this is for you, as the couples in this anime are already together before or by the end of the first few episodes!

Anime that has the smoothest animation/art style that you shouldn't miss. Something with many frames per second as well as beautiful, vibrant colors, that you don't have a single moment where you'll feel bored.

A great soundtrack can really set the mood and elevate your watching experience, it's one of the reasons why anime is so enjoyable to me.

This list is suited for any anime that has caused me uncontrollable crying at some point through it. Please send any recommendations too!
