It's been almost five years since I discovered this gem, which, looking back is also partly responsible for the older girl fetish I've got right now.
Since this is a hentai I don't see any point in breaking down the story, but I'll just say this, it was a surprisingly sweet romance with a good heroine.
Now, let's get to the good parts.

that they're cousins.
The heroine, Kei, is very good looking, at least in my opinion. And her voice work is very well done too. So naturally, the sex scenes are very hot. The positions, the interactions and even the animation is great. Though there are a few awkward shots scattered at a couple of points, but they aren't bad enough to take you out of the experiience.
There is also an uderlying plot building up behind all the sex, which contributes to the main characters' relationship. Unfortunately, for those who want to see an Ane-Otouto relationship, this one's not a place for you.
Despite calling the protagonist calling the heroine "Nee" and despite the literal title being "Nee Summer/ Nee Sama", they are potrayed as a couple, rather than the siblings part, just look out there.
Coming back to the original point of discussion, as a hentai, it more than does it's job, guaranteed to be a good nut. Not the best nut, but guarnteed to never disappointed. Never really a 10/10, after maybe the first, but never goes below an 8, even after many years.
It is also two episodes long, a fair enough run time for what's basically an advert for a 10-hour long visual novel, though the episodes are rather short, so that's my one complain, I suppose.
And yes, the hentai, for those who don't know, is based off an eroge from Artemis, which is just as fucking good. As there's a lot of text and time dedicated to it, naturally, there is a lot more depth and it fleshes out the characters a lot more. Though, it still isn't translated, you gotta read it in Japanese, if you can.
And I know I'm over-stepping my bounds by bringing up a VN in a hentai review, but god, the music in the game is incredible. Just had to mention it at least once.
Closing off, Nee Summer! is a hentai second to none, an experience that never disappoints and so fucking hot.
