Similarities: Both involves people in everyday situations in their work place. Both have the same comedy and slice of life genre. Dissimilarities: The characters in one anime are in their twenties, while the characters in the other anime are a combinations of mix ages. One is set in a gov't office, while the other anime was set in a family restaurant.

The entire romantic situation in both shows with how it's widely known that the guy is in love with the oblivious girl until a major event happens which causes the girl to act awkwardly as she realizes her true feelings is similar between the 2 This is more predominant in Waganaria 2, as the relationship between Yachiyo and Satou is similar to Tamako and Mochizu

Working explores the side of Japan culture we don’t often see in anime, which is life after high school. Both shows share light undertones of the adult work culture in Japan. Honey and clover does explore relationships and heartache on a deeper level but for the adult slice of life anime they both mesh well

If you want to see something hilarious and don't mind if the story isn't a major point of the series, then you should check out this one ,too. Both show exceptionell interesting/unique characters and relations between those without too much of a great sheme in terms of development, but a great deal of jokes and mood raising stories. The art and music in both seems decent so you should be able to enjoy it.

Both are cute and energetic comedies with suspicious humour.
