Spooky Horror Anime part 1

The best horror anime (in my opinion) that I've seen thus far. AKA horror anime I rated 7/10 or higher. Some are not labelled as horror on MAL. Some are not really that spooky either. I also haven't seen every horror anime (yet).

I also like Sankarea and Gakkou no Kaidan/Ghost Stories (dub) but I don't think those are horror, so I didn't include them.

Also Memories is just referring to Magnetic Rose short film and Neo Tokyo is just referring to The Running Man and The Order to Stop Construction.
